Are you a parent or carer in a supporting role for a person with learning disabilities and/or neurodivergence?
Do you want to unwind and connect with other parent/carers who truly get it?Join us for a relaxed, in-person retreat to recharge and explore parenting in an ableist society.
We will bring together psychological practices and lived experiences to focus on acceptance and self-compassion in a welcoming environment.
Come as you are and leave feeling rejuvenated.
There is a suggested donation of £15, but if money is a barrier, please do get in touch with us.

Learning Disability Awareness Week:
Monday 15th - Sunday 21st June
We're excited to let you know that we will be running a programme of inclusive events and activities on Gloucester Road as part of Learning Disability Awareness week this year.
Learning Disability Awareness Week is a national campaign that increases awareness of the experiences, challenges and contributions of people with learning disabilities. You can find out more details on Mencap's website.
We will be announcing further details over the coming months.
